Agile Developer
We are looking for a developer who is passionate about delivering valuable software, early and continuously; about communicating with other developers and infecting them with the agility bug.
You will be part of our software development team, and you are expected to take part in all the activities of the "developer" role in an Extreme Programming team.
Our team is often engaged in mentoring other teams in Agile development methods. You are expected to be a good communicator, to like teaching and learning from other developers. We look for people who are humble and respectful, but also competent and confident in their own skills.
Knowledge of more than one programming language, design principles, data structures and algorithms, networks and operating systems are desirable.
This position is for our Agile team in Milano. Telework is not acceptable for this position. We expect you to live or relocate near Milano and work a regular 40 hours week, 9 to 18, so that you are with the team during the day, and enjoying whatever else you like to do at any other time.
