In this webinar Sourcesense, an Alfresco Gold Partner, will describe how an innovative alliance of 75 municipal authorities in the Netherlands implemented Alfresco as part of their eGovernment electronic services.
Municipal authorities in the Netherlands play an important role in eGovernment and this alliance started an initiative between 9 large municipalities, all willing to act as pioneers. The result has been a broad-based construct that is unique for the Netherlands, a large-scale roll-out of a standardised digital service desk and concrete collaborative projects.
Sourcesense was brought in by a multinational Systems Integrator, to help them with the development of the alliance case management system where Alfresco is used for its advanced Document Management System capabilities.
